Kaolin use for Filler Series
1.As aluminum silicate pigments and multi-functional additives, the product has high whiteness, few impurities, and strong chemical inertia.
2.They can be used in waterborne and oily paints, putties and sealants because of their ease of dispersion in water and oil systems.
3.The product has good hiding performance, can adjust the gloss of the coating, improve the mechanical properties of the coating, the inventory stability of the coating, brushing performance, and partially replace titanium dioxide to reduce costs.
Kaolin use for Papermaking
In the paper industry, 90% Whiteness and 25KG/package Weight calcined kaolin for paint mainly used as high-grade coated paper, coated paper, coated paper, thermal paper, carbonless copy paper, newsprint, decorative paper and other fields has made a very good application. Because of the flaky structure of calcined kaolin, the paper has better coverage, higher gloss and smoothness.
