Low price washed kaolin 600 mesh for floor tile
1,Introduction
(1)The main composition is kaolinite, content of about 90% or so Particle size less than 22 mm
(2)Kaolin easy to disperse in water or other liquids, have satiny feeling ,earthy taste. Density is about 2.54-2.60g/cm3 melting point about 1785C
(3)Kaolin has advantages of high brightness low impurity and strong chemical inertia and easy to disperse in water and oil based structure.
2,The feature of kaolin
Associative viscosity and contact degeneration drying performance sinterability firing shrinkage refractoriness suspension property and dispersion adsorption and commutativity chemical stablility electronic insulativity
3,Application
(1)Kaolin widely used in ceramics glass paper rubber daily chemical industry agricultrure and so on
(2)calcined kaolin clay is mainly used for manufacturing high-quality refractory products refractory castable sagger klin furniture crucibles ceramic fiber precison casting sand ceramics products ,etc.

Chemical composition
calcined kaolin:
Our calcined kaolin is a fully calcined aluminosilicate, and is superior in both color and other physical properties.
Calcined kaolin clay is chemically inert, has high covering power, provides desirable flow properties and reduces the quantity of expensive pigments required. Calcined kaolin clay is used as a functional TiO2 extender in paints, coatings and rubber.

Washed Kaolin:
Washed (Hydrous) kaolin is the feedstock for the calcined kaolin; water is still present in the crystal lattice structure.
Our washed kaolin is a low brightness material, and is widely accepted as a coating clay in ceramics and glazes, thanks to its excellent opacity and hiding power. It also serves as an extender in coatings, and as a hard clay in rubber systems.
