Kaolin is mainly composed of igneous rock, hydraulic rock and other parent rocks which are decomposed into white powder by natural weathering. The particles are hexagonal flake crystals and slightly soluble in hydrochloric acid or acetic acid at normal temperature.
It has the advantages of good crystallization, high purity, fine particle size, high oil absorption capacity, strong covering rate, good dispersibility, etc. It is easy to disperse in the rubber compound, easy to process, smooth surface of the rubber compound, and is beneficial to the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber compound when combined with carbon ink.
